FLYING ABOVE THE TURBULENCE OF LIFE with PRAYER!
As we board planes, we can't help but feel anxious. The turbulence of our live seemed to follow us everywhere, even up in the sky. We close our eyes and whisper prayers, hoping for a smooth flight. As we soared above the clouds, the turbulence subsides and we feel a sense of peace wash over us.
Now, for those who are co-dependent on media devices for comfort when they are uncomfortable, they may miss the resolve from the Holy Spirit at these unique times when God speaks to our heart.
When turbulence happens in life, prayer is our lifeline, our anchor in the windy winds of life. Prayer gives us the strength to face our fears and the courage to seek peaceful resolve when things are out of our control.
As the plane lands, consider it as a reflection of circumstances that will always come to test our faith. We can face anything with prayer, especially when turbulence comes to shake us up. This is a friendly reminder to fly above it all with prayer.
God is always fully charged. Instead of depending on the cellphone to connect you to your source of peace, remember to dial in with the Lord Jesus Christ as your faith connection. He will always be there to usher in the Holy Spirit just like He promised.
