MEDIA TERMS, CONDITIONS, CONSENT, RELEASE, AND WAIVER AGREEMENT

 

Company: Rhythm and Gospel Networks        Project: Love Parita ( Family Line Dance Song)

 

Yes,  I hereby grant Rhythm and Gospel Networks, its legal representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Company"), the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to use my name, voice, image, likeness, and performance.

 

By participating as an audience member or participant in the above-mentioned music video shoot, I agree to the following terms:

 

1. Worldwide Rights & Usage
I grant the Company the right to record, photograph, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, and distribute my image and voice for any lawful purpose. This includes the right to use, broadcast, sell, and promote these materials in any and all media, formats, and markets, whether currently known or later developed, throughout the world, in perpetuity.

 

2. Compensation & Ownership
I understand that I will not receive any royalties, monetary compensation, or payment for my participation, the use of my likeness, or the exploitation of the final music video. I agree that all resulting materials (including all copyrights) shall become the sole and exclusive property of the Company and will not be returned to me.

 

3. Release of Liability
I hereby release and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liability of any kind arising out of, or in connection with, the recording, publication, or distribution of the footage, including without limitation any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of copyright.

 

4. Waiver of Right to Approve
I waive any right I may have to inspect or approve the finished product, the advertising copy, or the final edited video that may be used alongside my likeness.

 

5. Binding Agreement
I am of legal age (18 years or older) and legally competent to sign this agreement, or I am the parent/legal guardian of the minor participant. I have read this release before signing below and fully understand its contents.
