2. User Representations and Warranties (Responsibility for Submitted Content)

You are solely responsible for the content you submit to the Network. By posting content, you warrant that:

• You are the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights (including copyright) in the content, or you have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses from the rightful owner(s) to grant the rights herein to the Network.

4. Content Removal and Account Termination

The Network may also suspend or terminate your account and access to all or any part of the services if you breach these Terms or for any other conduct that the Network, at its sole discretion, believes is harmful to its business or other users.
