When canceling your booking, all deposits are non-refundable up tp 50% due to the holding of the date, inability of replacing your booking with another client and any expences prior to canceling your event 30 days before the event date. Changes of the event date may occure a fee for events changes not due weather, local or national occurances beyond anyones control.
